Nathan is known throughout the community as a problem solver and a person who is always available to help his clients.
He has been practicing law since 1986. He graduated from Monash University, a top university in Australia with a Bachelors of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws and then continued his education in London where he received a Masters of Laws in commercial and corporate law at the University of London and the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies. After practicing at Clayton Utz, a top law firm in Australia, he came to the United States where he completed a Masters of Taxation Law at Boston University.
Nathan established the Firm in 1992 and has concentrated his practice on representing people in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate as well as in probate matters.

Debra Erlich graduated from New York University School of Law where she was a Rosenfeld Macaulay Scholar. She began her legal career at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, New York City’s oldest law firm where she worked in capital markets dealing with commercial mortgage backed securities, residential mortgage backed securities and asset backed securities.
Before joining Nathan Erlich P.C., she also worked for One William Street, a New York based investment firm as well as for Barclays Bank.
When asked what her favorite part of working at Nathan Erlich P.C. is, Debra replied, “I love assisting clients and ensuring that they and their assets are protected, now and in the future. Each piece of real estate is unique and it’s our job to ensure that our clients’ interests are protected.”
